ZJK Joins XPO MSA to Expand Market Opportunities for Precision Hardware in High-Density AI Optics
ZJK announced that it has become a member of the eXtra-dense Pluggable Optics (“XPO”) Multi-Source Agreement (“MSA”), an industry initiative to define a new optical transceiver form factor designed to meet the massive bandwidth, reliability, and density requirements of hyperscale AI data centers. The Company believes this membership will further deepen ZJK’s industry engagement and open new avenues for collaboration on advanced engineering solutions for next-generation applications, including optimized fastening, latching, and liquid-cooling technologies for high-density AI data center hardware.
The U.S.-based industry consortium creates open specifications for next-generation high-density liquid-cooled pluggable optical modules to keep pace with the performance demands of new AI infrastructure. It unites global industry leaders to standardize mechanical, electrical, and thermal interoperability requirements for hyperscale AI data centers, with the aim of supporting optical and electrical interchangeability across multiple vendors, accelerating the deployment of AI interconnect hardware, and bolstering supply chain resilience.
ZJK’s management stated, “Through our participation in the XPO MSA, we are bringing our precision component expertise to the consortium to support the development of mechanical and thermal designs compatible with evolving XPO specifications. In parallel, we expect to gain greater visibility into evolving industry specifications and seek opportunities to collaborate with leading ecosystem partners to refine our fastening, latching and liquid-cooling offerings. We aim to engage in early-stage design collaboration, streamline product validation, and pursue new AI infrastructure opportunities. We believe our participation may also help expand our engagement with potential customers in the hyperscale data center ecosystem and identify opportunities for precision components used in high-density AI optics infrastructure and next-generation data center hardware.”
